hello folks

after beeing out of country for holidays i returned to work and had a very busy week. leaving little time for my hobby room.

but i still managed to replace all broken led lights. instead of using small 10w (25x25mm) i now use 15w 100x50mm. much brighter and a wider angle.

last friday i disassembled a few sd40-2 in order to custom paint them as cp rail units. will figure out what roadnumbers later this week. there's a lot of work before they receive their paint. drilling holes for grab irons, lift rings. the usual detailing.

saturday i was running trains for a few hours. encountered a few shorts but most likely caused by the wide wheels of the tomix cleaning cars. will have to further analyse the shorts though.

yesterday i painted two more es44ac. one will become the "every child matters" unit while the other will receive the happag loyd scheme. as soon as the decals are either available or done by myself.
yes, i already have a "child matters" unit but it will be sold thru ebay.

so....stay tuned ! more will come in this time of the year.
