after enjoying two weeks of holidays in beautiful greece i heard the call of my garden again. spent a few hours working on the rock walls (needed some final adjustments), screwed down the artificial grass in some places, planted a palm and some other smaller tasks.
today i finally spent some time in my train room. installed the turnout and track of the new cross-over between mains 1 and 2. mounting the servo for turnout control was a quick task. next steps will be installation of the servo for the second turnout and hooking up the frog juicers. the track needs some good cleaning after weeks of collecting dust. once done the trains will be able to run again on main 2. main 1 still lacks a lot of wiring.
