a lot of progress on the winter scene ! seam filled, painted and a felt 348492030 trees planted. well, not that much. because, as usual, i ran out of trees. have to make another 100-200 before i can finish the winter forest. also the telephone poles have been glued in place and received their wires. installing e-z wire was a real pita . guess there will be no more power lines on the remaining layout. but it was worth the effort.
also santa claus new home has been put in place. had to build a new one because the smoke generator in the old one burned out. there's a push button in the fascia turning power on for a few minutes. lighting up santas home, turning on smoke and lighting up two x-mas trees
