summer's gone. at least what was suspected to be summer. almost rainy all july and august. at least fall started a bit better. quite sunny and warm recently. days are getting shorter and dark nights longer. soon enough there will be more time for model railroading but less time to spend outside.
the last few days saw a bit of activity in my hobby room. i managed to finish montana rail link sd45 #320 in the post-1996 paintscheme and #353 in the pre-1996 paintscheme. both units are simple paint jobs with no additional detail parts except for a few custom printed decals.
also hlcx sd45 #6416 received all decals and a slightly heavier weathering as the mrl units.
all 3 units received mt 1015 couplers. no decoders yet as i might list these units on ebay. pics will follow later this week.
