work on the g-scale trestle continued. first half of the bridge is now in its final posistion. sturdy as hell. center part is installed and needs minor adjustment.
i had to build a few special trestle bents in front of the concrete wall. they look brittle but are in fact very strong and stiff enough to hold the track in place.
then i built a few more howe deck truss bridges which will be the transition between the trestle and the track on the ground. these 3 bridges are just temporary in place. needs a bit of adjustment before final installation. unfortunately it is not possible to see the laser from my leveling system due to the strong sunlight. have to wait for the night. then i'll be able to adjust the height.
